Terms and Conditions of Sale and Reservations - Panama
I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RESERVATIONS
A. LEGAL NOTICE
1. PRICES AND CURRENCY CONVERSION
Prices published on the Website are in US dollars, the legal currency in the United States of America (USD).
When making a reservation or purchase, the product prices will be honored, EXCEPT if a price is INCORRECTLY CALCULATED by our system, and this discrepancy is GREATER THAN 10% of the ACTUAL price. In that case, the undersigned will be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours.
2. AVAILABILITY
ATTENZA will do everything possible to satisfy all its SUBSCRIBERS and USERS in their demand for products.
In the event that the product is not available after your order has been placed, the SUBSCRIBER will be informed by email about the total or partial cancellation of their order.
Partial order cancellation due to lack of availability does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. The order may also be canceled or rescheduled by the USER. If, as a result of this cancellation, the subscriber wishes to return the delivered product, they must refer to and follow the steps outlined in the Returns section of these Terms of Use. In any case, it is understood that this may occur, and ATTENZA is not responsible for any inconvenience these situations may cause the customer.
It is understood that there may be gifts with purchase and in-store promotions linked to specific products or seasonal offers. ATTENZA will make every effort to ensure that such gifts or promotions are available to customers who make online reservations, but given the limited number of these promotions and the time available for bookings before the trip, it cannot be guaranteed that the gifts and/or promotions will be available at the time of booking.
B. RESERVE
1. Time to book
The UNDERSIGNED may reserve Products between fifteen (15) days before his flight and one (1) hour before the flight.
Once the order is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the terms of use and the confirmation of the booking process, ATTENZA will send an email to the subscriber confirming the details of the order placed.
2. Payment Method
The SUBSCRIBER must make the payment by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and/or American Express).
The subscriber will be charged the final amount upon collection of their order at the following stores:
-For electronics: Attenza Electronics store, located opposite the chapel in the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport; and
-For liquors, perfumes and cosmetics: Attenza main store, in the central corridor of the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport.
The sales invoice corresponding to the order will be available and can be viewed on the Website, in the "My Account" section, "Booking History".
3. Delivery of reserved products
Ownership, title, and delivery of the product are transferred in the Republic of Panama, and not in the country or place of destination.
When collecting your order, the undersigned must present the order confirmation number, passport and boarding pass as identification.
The reserved products will be delivered to the following stores:
-For electronics: Attenza Electronics store, located opposite the chapel in the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport; and
-For liquors, perfumes and cosmetics: Attenza main store, in the central corridor of the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport.
C. PURCHASE
1. Purchase confirmation
The SUBSCRIBED may make purchases of Products between 7 days before his flight and three (3) hours before the flight.
Once the purchase order is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the terms of use and the confirmation of the purchase process, ATTENZA will send an email to the Subscriber confirming the details of the order placed.
The SUBSCRIBER may only make a maximum of three (3) purchases within a twenty-four (24) hour period, using the same card, on the Website. These purchases may not exceed the amounts authorized by the regulations of the National Customs Authority of Panama.
2. Payment
The SUBSCRIBER must make the payment on the payment platform on the Website, using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and/or American Express). Payments with debit cards (Clave) will not be processed.
Once the purchase order is accepted, a hold will be placed on the amount to be paid, which will be invoiced once the product is picked up at Attenza.
In the event that the payment method has been rejected, the Subscriber will be sent an email within the next hour so that they can enter another payment method.
3. Delivery of reserved products

The reserved products will be delivered to the following stores:
-For electronics: Attenza Electronics store, located opposite the chapel in the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport; and
-For liquors, perfumes and cosmetics: Attenza main store, in the central corridor of the Duty Free area of Tocumen Airport.
4. Purchase order cancellation
The SUBSCRIBER may cancel purchase orders without penalty up to thirty (30) minutes before the time of his flight.
Products not picked up will be considered cancelled orders.
The hold placed during the purchase order will be released once the order is canceled. It may take the cardholder's bank fifteen (15) to thirty (30) calendar days for the SUBSCRIBED to see the refund reflected on their card.
ATTENZA acts as a distributor for manufacturers or wholesale distributors who guarantee that the products sold on the Website function correctly and are free from defects or hidden flaws that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. However, the use that each user or subscriber makes of the products is their sole responsibility, without any liability on the part of ATTENZA.
The customer is responsible for verifying upon delivery that their order is complete and in good condition. If the customer has any complaints, please contact us within five (5) days of purchase at: contactenos@attenza.net.
The warranty will lose its validity in case of defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, installation and use not in accordance with the instructions of the supplier or manufacturer.
To make a return, you can visit one of our stores within thirty (30) days of purchase with the product and the original invoice for inspection by our supervisors. If you will not be traveling within this timeframe, please contact Customer Service via the "Contact" section on the Website within fifteen (15) days of your purchase, and we will coordinate to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on information provided by ATTENZA's suppliers.
The information provided about each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating to them and the trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website, are displayed for guidance purposes.
- Regarding the use that SUBSCRIBERS or USERS may make of the materials on this Website or linked pages, whether prohibited or permitted, in violation of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the Website content or of third parties.
- From any damages and losses to Subscribers or Users caused by normal or abnormal functioning of the search tools, the organization or location of the content and/or access to the Website and, in general, from errors or problems that arise in the development or implementation of the technical elements that the Website or a program provides to the User.
- Regarding the content of those pages that Subscribers or Users may access from links included on the Website, whether authorized or not.
- From the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties may be linked to ATTENZA through a contractual means.
- Regarding access by minors to the content included on the Website, it is the responsibility of their parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity of their children or minors in their care, or to install one of the Internet use control tools in order to prevent (i) access to materials or content unsuitable for minors, as well as (ii) the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or guardians.
- The website will not be responsible for communications or dialogues during debates, forums, chats and virtual communities organized through or around the Website and/or linked pages, and therefore will not be liable for any damages suffered by individual and/or collective subscribers or Users as a result of such communications and/or dialogues.
- Errors or delays in accessing the Website by the Subscriber when entering their data in the order form, the slowness or impossibility of receiving the order confirmation by the recipients or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems in the Internet network, causes of fortuitous event or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency beyond the control of ATTENZA.
- Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so it is not guaranteed that the Website services will be constantly operational.
- From errors or damages caused to the Website by inefficient and bad faith use of the service by the Subscriber.
- Due to the non-operation or problems in the email address provided by the Subscriber and/or User for sending the order confirmation.
