BEST PRICE GUARANTEED

• Attenza Duty Free Ecuador (hereinafter, “Attenza”) located at Mariscal Sucre International Airport (Tababela) launches the campaign called “Best Price Guaranteed” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).
• The campaign will apply in Attenza's International Departures stores, only in the Perfumery and Spirits categories.
• The offer is valid from November 13, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2022. Purchases made outside the campaign period will not be considered for refunds. This offer does not apply to periods before or after the established date.
• All international passengers (accredited with boarding pass), over 18 years of age, who can prove their age by showing their Passport, who have purchased liquors or perfumes in Attenza stores and have the purchase receipt, may participate.
• The Campaign guarantees the best price only in the categories of Liquor and Perfumery considering identical quality, size and characteristics in relation to another Duty Free store in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia or any other country where there is an operation or store of Attenza Duty Free.
• Only products at regular price will be eligible for this campaign. Products that are discounted, on sale, or similarly discounted, whether in Ecuador or any other country, will not be considered for the campaign. Promotions or sales offered online will also not apply; only those offered at the point of sale will be included.
• The requirements that the Participant must meet to gain access are the following:
  • Send an email to p.clientes@motta-int.com indicating that you would like a refund for the price difference of the product you purchased. Include the following information: a scanned copy of your ID card or passport; a scanned copy of your purchase receipt; a photograph of the store where you found the product you are comparing it to; a photograph of the product clearly showing its price, features, and publication date; and your bank details for the refund.
  • Submit the notice, sign, or price description that provides verifiable proof of the current retail price at the point of sale, for identical products in quality, size, and brand, specifically for liquors and perfumes, at any Duty Free location where Attenza Duty Free is present, as previously mentioned. The photographs must be in PDF or JPG format. It is clarified that the retail price must be valid within the Refund Request Period.
  • The deadline for submitting a refund request is 15 calendar days from the date on which the Participant made the purchase of the product at the Stores (the “Refund Request Period”).
  • The Customer Service Department of Quito - Ecuador, will have up to 10 (ten) business days to determine that the necessary elements are included with the Return Request to prove beyond doubt and conclusively that the product purchased from Attenza has a higher price.
• In the event of a refund, it will be issued via bank transfer to a bank account in Ecuador. If the customer does not have a bank account in Ecuador, the refund will be sent via Western Union to the nearest address.
• Participants must act in good faith during the activity, and if this does not occur, their application will be canceled. If Attenza has any indication or proof of deception or dishonesty on the part of the Participant in submitting supporting documentation for this Campaign, it may cancel the application at any time.
• Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance by the Participant of the Terms and Conditions, as well as any decisions made by Attenza in accordance with the law regarding any matter not covered by these Terms and Conditions or any modifications made during the Campaign Period.
• Attenza will be the only one who will have the power to decide regarding any situation not foreseen in these Terms and the resolutions he adopts in this regard will be final and unappealable.
• In the event of justifiable reasons of force majeure, fortuitous event or acts of third parties, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, among others, Attenza DF Ecuador reserves the right to modify this document partially or totally.
